I’m Norman Tiersch, a freelance camera operator and editor based in Kerpen, near Cologne. I support companies, agencies and production teams with interviews, trade fair filming, events and corporate shoots. You can book camera work to your brief or filming and editing together.

If your concept, director or editor is already in place, I can take care of the camera work on location. Before the shoot, we agree on the visual style, shot list, technical requirements and responsibilities on set.
Corporate interviews and supporting footage
Interview framing, lighting and sound need to work together. We plan a quiet recording space, setup time and the supporting shots your editor needs to tell the story.
Business events and trade fairs
Capture your exhibition stand, speakers and the atmosphere around your event. Where several activities happen at once, we discuss coverage priorities and any additional camera requirements in advance.
Own equipment, agreed delivery
I work with equipment including a Canon EOS R3. The camera, lenses, tripod, sound and lighting setup are selected for your assignment. Resolution, frame rate, recording format and footage handover are agreed with your production team.
For compact projects I can handle filming and editing myself, keeping communication direct. If you need a finished film, explore corporate video production or video editing.

Your quote depends on the shoot duration, preparation, equipment, travel and additional services. Send the date, filming location and technical brief so I can check availability and provide a clear scope.
Can you work with our director or agency?
Yes. You can bring your own concept and direction. We agree how the camera work fits your workflow before filming. Short-notice availability is checked individually.
