I’m Norman Tiersch, a freelance camera operator and editor based in Kerpen, near Cologne. Filming can be arranged in Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Essen, Berlin, Stuttgart, Nuremberg, Munich and other locations in Germany. Travel and the required production scope are covered in your quote.
Plan the filming before the fair
Send the event name, date, venue, hall and stand number. Please also identify your contact on site, available interview slots and any product demonstrations that cannot be repeated. Access passes and organiser requirements should be clarified in advance.
For interviews, exhibition halls can be noisy. We discuss a suitable position and sound setup so the recording fits the conditions. If several activities overlap, we prioritise the shot list together.
Camera-only or filming and editing
You can book footage for your own production team or a complete edited film. For an edited project, we agree the length, graphics, music, feedback rounds and final formats before production. If you need short versions for social media, include them in the initial brief.

What does a trade fair film cost?
The price depends on filming time, travel, interviews, editing and the number of versions. A short stand visit and a full-day production have different requirements. Send your brief for an individual quote and mention any deadline for publication during the fair.
